The Final Exam is scheduled for Fri, 18 Nov, 10:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
The homework assignments will be collected on the due date and graded.
You should get as much help as you need in order to understand the questions
and to answer them. You may ask me, work with other students, or find help any
other way you wish, but the paper you finally turn in should be your own work.
The tutorial worksheets that we do in class ("assignments") are mostly for
my information so I know what you understand about the topics that we are studying (and for your information so you will know if you understand the kinds of questions that will be on the quizzes and tests).
I do check off that you have turned the sheet in, but only some of them will be graded. The in-class activities (where we take data and calculate results) are usually graded.
There will probably be two 1-hour (in-class) tests and the final exam.
The final exam will be at the scheduled time and cumulative; it will cover all
of the material that we have discussed, but the emphasis will be on the material
covered after the second test.
