Work from Spring Force Graphs

Graphs of spring force as a function of its stretch (with 0 being the unstretched length) are shown below for two different springs.
For each graph, determine the work done by the spring as it changes length from 1 to 4 m.
Shade in the part of the graph that represents the work you calculate.
