Adrienne Bennett
Scenes from Crown Heights

I think that the diversity of Brooklyn, New York is very important. Crown Heights is a very unique place. On one side of the street you have the African American Community and on the other side we have Hasidic Community. Eastern Parkway is the street where most of this photography was taken. It's also important to note that these photos were taken on a Saturday, which is a holy day for the Jewish community. So the pictures were not easy to capture but as you will see I did manage to get a smile out of a few of my subjects. I hope that you will choose the pics that suite the site. My pictures are attached.
