As you can see from the website, I've added php code to it. I've realized how much php helps with avoiding repetitive code. Anyways, last entry I stated I wanted to go into the Computational Mathematics application domain. But now, I'm confused again. I do want to dive into security, so logically I should pick the security application domain. But then again, I don't know which application domain would be more useful. When I get back to college, I think I'll consult some upperclassmen for advice.
Wow. It's been a while since I've updated this website. Anyways, first of all, I got rid of the crutches. My doctor said that my walking has drastically improved and that I no longer needed help from both crutches to move. Instead of using the crutches, I'm now required to move around on a cane. That cane has definitely made my life easier because I can actually walk without making a lot of noise.
Another thing I've recently decided to do is set my application domain to Computational Mathematics. I've made this choice because whether I face it or not, I will always have a huge passion devoted to the study of mathematics. With this choice, my choice to take some CS electives, and my choice to pick communication as my liberal arts concentration, I'll actually be able to pick up a minor in Mathematics, Applied Communication, and Computer Science.
I have started developing my summer software project, Rail Baron. The initial release I am aiming to have online soon will not be the actual game. Instead, it will act as an aid for mindless tasks such as looking up information in the payroll and destination tables and keeping player statistics (money, hometown, last destination, current destination). All of this information will be displayed on a Java GUI.
Finally back home from school and most likely, I was probably the last one to come home. For spring quarter, my grades were the following:
I am very happy with how my grades turned out. In other news, I am still looking for a job for the summer. I've tried multiple places, but I've gotten nothing so far. The only job I might have a shot for is a Teaching Assistant job at a computer camp. Let's hope that turns out well.
