The Golden Comets(known as the Rush-Henrietta Swim Club or RHSC) is an age group swim team offering competitive swim training for all interested athletes, between the ages of 5 and 18. We work on technique, the newest trends in USA Swimming, mental skills, personal success strategies, and workout endurance in each practice session. The swimmers are engaged in training for competitions both within the McDonald’s of Rochester Swim League and throughout the Niagara District of USA-Swimming.

Our mission is to:
Introduce the sport of swimming to as many kids as possible, and provide them with a safe, fun, positive environment to have a great experience in the sport of swimmiiing.
Teach and develop a level of physical fitness through swimming.
Help athletes learn how to set and achieve goals through friendly competition.
Supply the Rush Henrietta High School swim team with a large number of experienced, prepared athletes.
Build friendships and comraderi through the sport of swimming.
Promote good sportsmanship among all athletes.
Help Rush Henrietta Swim Club become one of the premier swim teams in the Niagara district.
