Trees - natural patterns in nature I have always been interested in found design and the way the landscape is organized. In 1980, when I started photography classes at RIT, I had the opportunity to explore applying the Zone System to my photography. As a body of work, I chose to explore trees. To this day when I am driving along, I am constantly scanning the horizon and the property lines of farms analyzing the landscape and the presence of trees.
