Welcome...

...to the Atomic, Molecular and Optical physics theory group of Prof. Mishkat Bhattacharya at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

We are currently interested in the physics of optical radiation, atoms and molecules, nanomechanical elements, and superconductors.

We are particularly curious about the fundamental quantum nature of these objects, and about possible next generation applications to sensing, imaging, and information processing... more.
