The goal of the project was to study the Troup Street Playground Reconstruction for project management analysis. This project was completed in a group of four and gave us an insight about the various factors while managing a project. Some of the factors were scope, cost, time, performance, contingency planning, control, leadership, motivational techniques, risk and quality management factors, and customer satisfaction.

This project involved the principles of project management and the application of various tools and techniques for project planning and control. It also focused on the leadership role of the project manager, and the roles and responsibilities of the team members. Considerable emphasis was placed on statements of work and work breakdown structures.
