Modifications to Experiments

Experiment 1:
     Use 3 ul of DNA instead of 5 ul:
           3 ul DNA
           2 ul buffer
         15 ul wate
            1ul enzyme

Experiment 3:
     Cut pUC9 and pBAC with PstI

Experiment 5:
   Use HindIII to screen recombinant plasmid
