Since 1983 R. Roger Remington has been actively involved in graphic design history. He has chaired several national conferences, written three books, contributed numerous articles and reviews and developed at Rochester Institute of Technology an archive of the works of the Modernist American Design generation (ie. Lester Beall, Cipe Pineles, Will Burtin, etc)
