Professor Yen-Wen (Ian) Lu
			Yen-Wen (Ian) Lu received his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) in 2004. He received his M.S. from the University of Michigan and B.S. from the National Taiwan University. He was an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University during 2004-2007. Since joining R.I.T, he has been developing a MEMS and applied Nanotechnology research program. His research focuses on design, fabrication, and system integration in MEMS and nano-technology for biological and energy applications.
