NanoComputing Research Group

The main objective of this group is to design and build energy efficient and reliable computing systems at Nanoscale CMOS and post-CMOS. The research focus in Nanoscale CMOS is stratified in to process variation tolerant designs,self-healing architectures, subthreshold digital CMOS design, Dynamic thermal management, and Leakage Power Optimization techniques. In post-CMOS, our work focuses on designing felxible and dynamically reconfigurable memristor-based fabrics.
