DAAD Rise Germany - co-op, application (2019) "offers undergraduate students from North American and British universities the opportunity to complete a summer research internship at top German universities and research institutions" - "Students are matched with a host university or institute according to their area of interest (biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences, engineering, or a closely related field) - DAAD provides students a stipend of 750 Euros/months for three months to help cover living expenses. Also covers international travel costs with an international travel subsidy. Students are asked to make their own travel arrangements and the SRP coordinator will reimburse the amount once the program starts. In general, up to 1,000 CHF for overseas travel and up to 500 CHF for European travel is covered. Housing is provided in the Lausanne/Geneva area for the duration of the program.
